My name is Josiah Green. I bridge design, strategy, and development to help teams build intuitive digital products that scale. My background combines visual design, UX strategy, and hands-on front-end understanding, helping me translate complex workflows into clear, efficient experiences.

Most recently, I led the UX redesign of a 20-year-old enterprise banking platform, modernizing more than 800 views into a unified, cloud-ready experience. I also served as Director for a 2,500-member cooperative brewery where I led staff and board communication, managed operations, and oversaw brand development and member engagement.

Whether I’m designing software, shaping product strategy, or sketching ideas for a children’s book, I bring curiosity, empathy, and adaptability to every project. My focus is on creating experiences that meet both user needs and business goals with clear communication at every step.
